If you make a controversial comment on a chan-site/here more people will respond to you and you will gain more attention and more exposure to differing opinions. If you make a controversial comment on reddit they will downvote you to oblivion until no one can see your comment. Upvotes were the greatest mistake ever. But rather than acknowledging these facts they will just flip out because we don't talk like faggots and use some insults while talking to others/eachother.
