No. The most "leetcodr" I did was w3school to familiarize with syntax
Leetcode is only useful for interview or introduce you into coding. The actual value you as a software developer is solving complicated problems that are placed in overlapping softwares.
I would best describe it as wandering into a forest without a flashlight; you rely on yourself to make sense of the code written by others, and how to write code in a way that everything can fit together
