It's a hard road getting through the stages of grief. I'm not going to judge anyone for being in the hard stage of it. We're all human, we've all been there.
If nobody ever melted down over their oneitis or a particularly brutal rejection then that would mean its not a significant issue, and if that was true then probably none of us would care about inceldom enough to be here.
I guess we have enough saints in our pantheon, that we can meditate on their actions and their different ways of being.
Wilkes McDermid:
Basically Buddha or master Yoda in his understanding of the blackpill. A well liked and influential man who was in many friendzones and he knew exactly why.
Flew off the face of this world on his own terms. Left behind a perfect dissertation on height, race and money/satus issues.
Christopher Swanson.
Got oneitis over his 17yo student as a respected 40yo high school teacher. She left, he was exposed, lost his job and career, he never recovered and blew his brains out on the forecourt of her university. Had some self-awareness but his writing showed no appreciation of how the height pill (and likely some mentalcel tendencies) were holding him back.
Elliott Rodger
Never really got past the "why is this happening to me?" phase of crying and howling at the moon. Although he showed some insight into racepill as it pertains to HAPAs in Chad / Stacey areas. Somehow managed to convince himself that killing a lot of people as part of an attention seeking suicide by cop would be a good thing to do.
