Why do countries without or a low percentage of refugees have lower crime rate than countries with many refugees?

Example: Germany has a lot of arab/turkish refugees.

Poland none. And Polands crime rate is the lowest in Europe. But Germany is a shithole.

Especially where Muslims live --> high crime rate.
