I think I could but realistically I will never be able to get the surgeries needed to do it. I think LL + genio would be enough for me to ascend but LL from actually good surgeons is 100k+ and it fucks up your mobility and there's a long recover time.

I would need at least 2 LL procedure to be average and some jaw surgery to compensate for poor social skills and being non NT. I don't think anyone can do more than 2 LL procedures because it will 100% make you a cripple.

Most here fall into "conventionally ugly" which is around LTN-MTN range

They would just have maybe one or two failos -such as my hairline & eye-area- but the rest of their face is within the surgerymaxxing/hardmaxxing range more or less

Gonial implants + risky rhinoplasty on my bulbous thick skin nose would turn me into an actual chad or at least a strong chadlite. I am not even kidding. All my face measurements are very very decent but these 2 ruin my face completely.
