Could plastic surgery actually help some of us?

Do you think for some of us who are severely facially deformed the surgery could help?

If you are just balding short curry then not much that plastic will do, it’ll just make you look worse.

But if I have a legitimately lopsided face (it kinda looks like I had a stroke but I talk normal) then wouldn’t the surgery help to restructure my jaw and facial areas?

There might be scarring and swelling but I feel the reduction in the drastic asymmetry would help

I talked to five (5) surgeons over the last years, the answer in my case is a resounding "no." The form, dimension and composition of my head and face make sure of that. It is very hard to explain, but in my case, nothing can be done.

I decided against getting surgery. I have too many flaws to fix, and I would need a lot of facial implants. After all of those surgeries, I might be a 4.5/10. Also, I'm short but leg lengthening is a fucking meme surgery.

It has helped me, but only marginally, I didn't reach the zone where I'm attractive. I knew that going in, I mostly did it so that I would be able to stand looking myself in the mirror more.
