Possibly. I have diagnosed autism, and have had plenty of oneitises in the past. I still do get them, occasionally, but thanks to my acceptance of the black pill, I'm usually able to shoot that shit down in my brain before long.
yea it's probably augmented by the autism thing, but (at least for me) it's also about focusing on the only person who gave you some sort of attention, whether it's romantic or not.
