I have decided as a 28M that I am going to go for my first pedicure, turning my back on gender roles. I've already gotten my hair deep conditioned and even been under the dryer, which I found lovely. I appreciated how nobody in the hair salon judged me, a sign how times are changing. Personally, I'm indifferent to my appearance but enjoy the sensations that come from these experiences.
Do you think if men doing these activities became more mainstream, there wouldn't be as many bitter incels? I understand how part of what led to the problem is isolation and certain gender expectations. Not to mention that many women actually prefer men who take care of themselves, so maybe those incels could improve their chances of finding a partner.
Average "male" in 2023. Just get a pedicure bro
