I'm weak-willed and a general unmotivated piece of shit for many reasons, but I there seems to be a correlation between how I perceive people and their looks.

But, generally, you don't think of guys like this as weak-willed,

but guys like this

you just look at his face and you think he's a weak-willed pussy.

Even walking down the street, you can estimate somebody's personality just by looking at their face.

To a large degree, yes. High T features and the effects of testosterone on your behavior and mentality is one major example of this.
