You still expressed your pain, showed your weakness to yourself , it's a bad way to cope
The only solution would be to get a pleasurable experience , eating a tasty meal at least and than gradually try to increase positive things in your life to compensate your suffering and try to forget about something that bad happened to you
(I am not sure about my own take and I sound like a retard, also I think I am wrong but this kind of thought came to my mind so I need to post it in a hope that someone who is smarter could transform it into something more valuable

I have been described by many as a cold person, with a cold heart and no emotions. The moment i shared emotions in school i got made fun off.

What is effective for me might not be effective for you, everyone copes in different ways and expressing my negative emotions and feelings helps me personally to get rid of them. Maybe for others it only makes it worse
