I agree. Classical music is the best music to listen to in general. It’s a shame that it’s less popular today than it was in his time. But remember that Wagner was somewhat of a “Chad” himself and the ideal romance influenced his music greatly. Listen to the prelude to Tristan und Isolde and you will hear music that is passionate and emotionally intimate.
