this time it's a cheap one with less machines and wasn't crowded. the monthly subscription fee is nearly $23 which is relatively cheap for a brokie like me.
Idk what exactly made me think about hitting the gym again, I guess it's just a whim. I forgot nearly all the excersizes and what machine is for etc. I can only remember the correct movements for each thing.
I think I just want to get more blood rushing through my body after 6 months of being an actual NEET ldar eat sleep shit routine sewer rat. for the past couple of days I've only used the lightest weights and I think I won't go higher unless I'm super comfortable with the current weight I'm using. fuck this ego shit. if I keep getting my soul scarred by shitty genetics, gymrats bothering me about my plans or excersizes and seeing young chads and oldcels lifting more than me on their first day then I will surely bitch out and call it quits just like I did three times in my life.
and so, everything I do is limited to 4x8, and I shouldn't exceed 90 minutes in the gym, also the plan is 2 days workout 1 day rest cycle.
first day being bis, chest and core
second day is delts, traps, back and tris
third day rest
no bullshit leg excersizes
