This. But you aren't even treated like a friend by them. Friends help each other, friends like to meet each other, they look out for each other for the sheer sake of the other person etc. What you get from women as an unattractive male is not even a mutual platonic relationship. As an unattractive male who has the capabilities to help women in a professional setting (work, academics, school etc.) you are nothing more than a slave.

You are treated like the literature someone reads before going into an exam - tossed away/ignored at any given occasion except when you are needed. Some have the courage to feign friendliness before asking you for a favor, but most of the time they don't even do that anymore and are more direct. Most of them don't even have the decency to say "Thank you!" - cannot gasp how soys have never questioned the truly sick/depressing nature of their reality.
