Why is it Alex Minassian, a 25 year old man, had all of his school photos taken in black & white? I'm sure that some Canadacels or UScels may have a perfect explanation for why this is done. However if not, could the CIA be using some old photos from the 50's of an extreme lookalike? Making them black & white to obscure photo tampering evidence? is Alek Minassian even real? His surname even logs as a non existent word in computer text.

Some schools took their pictures in black and white up until the late 90s and early 00s
