Its his fault for breaking rule #1 in the work place, you don't eat where you shit, also if you've been rejected so many times and you can obviously see the faces of the women reacting to your "advances" towards them, then its your fault if you get fired, at the first sign of disgust from each female I would have stopped speaking with each one, but this idiot likely kept going at it over and over until they got fed up, some guys just need to stop being disingenuous, if you are an ugly fuck you can obviously see you are an ugly fuck, mirrors exist, and if the women at your work place keep rejecting your advances, then simply stop.

I make sexual advances towards female co-workers all the time, and after the first time you realize who you can make those advances towards and how far you can go, some I can only say "lewd" stuff to, others I can touch in "non-sexual areas" while saying it (shoulders, hands, etc) and then there are fewer who I can be explicitly sexual with, one in particular I can even grab her ass.

If you don't have the common sense to "test the waters" what are you even doing at a work place, he doesn't sound competant at all based on how you described this scenario so how did he even get an office job?. Being ugly isn't the problem. You can quite easily interact with foids and have no issues - I've done it for years, no choice. The issues start to arise the moment you give any hint that you might anything other than a colleague. For example, complimenting a woman is a sure sign of being creepy if you're subhuman.
