I don't but I can imagine that a hate can be grown when you grow up around them in an equal or inferior position. It is very understandable.
This amren article tells of the conditions. There may be good among all types of people but it's not equally distributed.
Hate is a feeling and just like love that will not be returned, it is, for a single isolated man without prospects of power, better to let it be fleeting as it is naturally than to grow it into a permanence.
