or some low end manager position will get 100+ resumes in a few days.

a fat woman in her 30s will have endless amounts of high end guys on POF hitting on her.

There is one free position as a toilet cleaner in a run down strip club. You have 5,000-10,000 applicants, but only one person gets the job. Among them you have people with degrees from Harvard, guys with triple PHDs, doctors, etc...

Only one person gets the job, but for the first couple of months he will have to work for free and actually pay the employer money for the privilege of working there. The employer also has the right to verbally and physically abuse him anytime he wants. Then if he actually does get hired he could be fired and replaced at anytime.

This is literally the exact same situation we have in the dating market right now in the West. It´s honestly not even an exaggeration. If you aren´t top 1% in looks you might aswell cut your own dick off.
