Jaw surgery/Plastic Surgery- Yes, I'm aware of the cherry picked pictures of jaw surgery/plastic surgery, and it's true that to some deformed people it actually can help to improve them by couple of points, but we are talking about extensive preparation and money that is needed (if you not living in a country with a good health insurance/want to go to the best surgeons for best results), and even if you end up benefiting from it you still lost crucial years of social development that you might never be able to catch up, so really the return on investment seem to be quite small, especially that we all know that being sub 7-8 just doesn't cut it for raw sexual attraction.
