I literally have tried all of the bs advice except cold approach (for obvious reasons) and none of it has helped at all. They are bullies, I was bullied brutally up until high school and I'm certain the people on IT were all bullies in school and still are now. I hope it gnaws on their conscience that they know they aren't nice people. That's why they project so much onto us.
