I am at most 1 inch taller than when I was 16, but probably not. I didn't measure myself during those years, but I am 99% sure I stopped gaining height when I was 16-17

Apparently you grow 2-3inches after 16 according to many studies but I'm questioning if that's true

Or did you look like a regular teen for age and still grew a noticeable amount

Hard to tell since i turned 16 literally right as the covid lockdown started and didnt keep in contact with them. but before it happened i noticed that most of the people around me were above average in height(5'10ish). the asians, whites and latinxs were usually around my height or somewhat shorter and the blacks and pacific islanders were usually taller than me or same height.

I did have one friend who was 5'6 at 16 and only ended up growing to 5'8 at 19.

At 16 I was 185 - 186 cm and nowadays I am at 188-189 cm depending on the time of day. You shrink throughout the day a bit.
