Some reports claims that seed oil could be the reason of rising colon cancer. People in 20s are getting diagnosed with colon cancer which was rare 30 years ago.
Seed oil causes inflammation to colon. Chronic inflammation to colon increases the risk of colon cancer. Usually it takes 10 to 15 years for colon polyps to became cancerous. Once it becomes cancerous, they spreads like a wildfire. The most common symptom is blood in poop. It might be bright red or dark red/maroon. Never ignore this symptom! If yoy have a blood in poop, get checked.
Use butter instead of seed oils. Ignore the cholesterol levels, it is much easier to treat than colon cancer.
