Why are colleges solely focused on diversity and inclusion?

Most faggots and niggers don’t even have the required iq to do well in higher education. Most the diversity students either fail, drop out or become heavily focused in college societies in order to cope with the fact they are retarded and don’t belong in college.

During my first week in college there was more of a focus on diversity and inclusion than with actual education and helpful talks.
