Class Trip. Wandered Dallas Alone

Had an overnite 2 day class trip. The second day you were to pick a group and be back by 4 pm for the bus.

I knew nobody would ask me in group. So I wandered around all day. Walking. Sit in park. Ate a sandwich.

Amazingly a teacher, who was also the varsity soccer coach, asked me who I spent the day with.

I changed the subject. He realized Id been alone

He didn't press me, but sat next to me on the bus and told me about a movie script he was writing

He was the most popular guy in town. Soccer was cooler than football. At least by chads and cheerleaders.

He later became a Realtor in town. Knew everybody. I tell you, it wouldn't be a bad life, former beloved teacher, local Realtor, outgoing. Hell, you could run for mayor.

He actually had married a former student that was like 20 years younger. But I never saw what she looked like.

He was a Normie, but had a local celeb halo, and was Athletic.
