More males are being born because males are vulnerable to wars, famine, diseases etc. However, civilized society has removed most of these woes that threaten male survivability. This creates a natural imbalance where men vastly outnumber women. Many leftover men who have no chance of marrying will become violent and eventually this will lead to a war.
If we want to have a civilized society without violence, we have to balance out the human sex ratio by performing sex selective abortions to adjust the ratio to roughly 100:100.
The society today will soon collapse because in some areas young men outnumber young women 120:100 or even more.
