Need help from anyone who nicotinemaxxed and quit. I need to know what to do with all this irritability and agitation and lowered inhibitions (srs). I already fapped about 3 times today, and 6 times yesterday. I can't fucking take this feeling anymore tbh tbh.

I decided to torturemaxx myself and cleansemaxx a few days ago. I felt retarded when I was making a post on this forum and misspelled "store" with "stoor" and then I forgot how to spell store for a second. Felt like a retard (srs) now I want to cleansemaxx and live the clean sober lifestyle boyo.
