To believe that Jesus of Nazareth resurrected and to worship him back then was considered to be literally a deathwish . People was hunted down to be fed to wild animals in the coloseum and other form of executions,sometimes in the same day that they made that decision to identify as a Jesus followers. What exactly is god incentivising by allowing babies to die of cholera in Yemen right now before their first birthday? Are their deaths merely an inevitable biproduct of their status as free beings? Or are they not free at all considering the fact they are babies and have absolutely no agency over their lives? They are literally a conscious bundle of suffering born into a world they can’t even comprehend before they will die in agony before the age of 1, and this is somehow consistent with the notion of a loving god because of ‘muh, freewill’ what a load of bollocks.
