at some point Jews grew very hateful towards anything Christian, cos they associated it with pogroms, exiles etc. but there's not much theological basis for that and in 19th century there was even a movement to break the stigma of Jesus/cross and they kinda tried to reclaim/reinterpret Jesus as a Jewish rabbi/philosopher and an example of Jews positively influencing the world (muh tikkun olam, all that jazz)
