Pine barrens is a good deconstruction of their characters especially Paulie. They 2v1 an ex russian army guy and almost lose, then fail to track him in the wilds and almost die to exposure whilst turning on each other and generally acting like bitches.

Even in the example you've posted, hes only alpha because he has a gun and the young kid isn't armed. Try being that alpha with just your fists, he'd probably end up sucking the kids dick with no teeth.
