Story Choosing foids as tenants to torment

Me and my housemate are both blackpilled and cynical, living in the Netherlands where we get heightmogged all the time. On the flip side, we managed to score a house in the city centre where we live, and it's a prime location for students and student foids. We have 1 vacant space at a good price every autumn (and sometimes spring).

Whenever the new school year starts we get a ton of applications (one of the only times when I feel empowered tbh) and as we sort through it, we have to choose. We have had a male housemate before, but last year and this year we choose good-looking foids for the purpose of tormenting them, piling chores on them just to see them toil, fearing the possibility of remaining homeless.
Last year, the Slovakian foid complained about my beard hair all over the bathroom sink, and me and my housemate mob-guilted her that it's a normal thing to clean that herself, which she reluctantly complied with.

Aside from picking a struggling guy next year for a bit of solidarity, any suggestions boios? My housemate also enjoys treating women the way they deserve as we've both suffered at their hands.

No such problem brocel, it's a more rural area that's coincidentally rife with students, weird combo I know, but since Dutch tallfags who are the majority are too busy slaying (unlike the developed Rotterdam, Amsterdam etc. with lots of immigrantcels) so nobody bothers. Hopefully no issues will arise, but we're good at convincing the low IQ foids something is true, IQmogging her instead of intimidatemaxxing.

Any suggestion how to make it actually hidden? Bathroom is pretty shitty so any piece of tech would look out of place, and if it can be detected it's too much hassle to deal with the consequences...

Should be fine then but I’ve never knew there was a study that described foids would end up being attracted by making them do things, though I see the relation with how being demanding can give some form of attraction, considering chads/DTriad’s behaves like that. Foids think it's too otherworldly to pay more (as they never have to), and their presumed boyfriend wouldn't pay me because he'd feel cucked as if I'm renting him our place to stay with her. And they wouldn't go around the rule because the Netherlands are crowded, very densely populated, so everyone is housingpilled here and careful about losing their (rented) place.
