For me being a Chink myself, I always find the book Journey to the West (Tang Sanzang, Monkey King, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing) much better than any other Classic Chinese Novels, especially the Dream of the Red Chamber. In this book the females are portrayed negatively, particular the White Bone Demon and the Spider Demon. Tbh I think Journey to the West is actually based, particularly on the effects on foids on men.
