Usually gluten-free doesn't make things healthier but I find gluten-free tenders/nuggets get breaded less so they are probably healthier in that way. I also had these veggie nuggets once that were delicious and good for you. I wish I remember the brand. The calories were super low and it was basically 100% vegetable.
sadly true. I try to not have them too much, especially when I'm at home and have a kitchen.

It's probably hard to find healthy ones that come from brands or restaurants, the best way is to make them at home so you can control all the ingredients you put in it.

mogs me. Most schnitzel has gluten in it so I cant eat it anymore. I was in Australia for a month awhile ago and I swear I ate it every day, I fucking love it
The oil has to be coconut, but they usually use canola or safflower oil. The gluten free breading can also be made from gmo corn, so you have to pick the right gluten free flour.
As long as it's made from a healthy type of rice and not white then it should be ok in moderation.

that sounds comfy tbhthere was a grocery store chain around these parts that used to sell huge bags of high quality nuggies (better than any fast food chain) that mom would buy for me, and I'd eat them everyday after school and watch the 101 dalmations cartoon, good times long gone
