Need more vegetables and some protein to be more balanced. I'm eating poverty food for the challenge. Maybe tomorrow, I'll give myself a treat, go to 7/11 and get a sandwich and banana, some chocolate nuts, and a drink. Then back to under $3 a day.Sounds healthy.
Learn to make your own pizza from scratch, anyone can do it. I like to keep a block of mozzarella and ground beef in the freezer for just such an occasion. Rest of toppings can be just canned stuff in your pantry.I want pizza but I get off work too late to order any. Everywhere is closed.
