Yes! Precise and fine-grained control over every step of the reproductive process and outcome is our key to salvation. The problem with inceldom/subhumanity/congenital defective offspring/immorality is that the birth of these beings cannot be controlled for or prevented, but with gene editing, this will become possible. We will be able to purge defective goods right as they come out of the assembly line, or better yet, we will devise an reproductive assembly line (through gene editing and artificial wombs) which produces very few such defects to begin with.

Remember, we have subverted natural selection and in doing so we've brought too many bad actors into this system. The system can't function when there are too many of these.
