Putting on muscle works. You don’t have to be a bodybuilder, but there’s plenty of proof of this. A lot of people are just lazy imo. Me too sometimes.

Abs aren’t the important ones tbh. Arms, shoulders and chests are more important.

That’s not to say that being skinny or just lean is bad. All I’m saying is that having some muscle mass is a definite benefit in dating.
