On the face of it (pun intended), Chads marrying Beckies or even worse-looking foids seems strange. Chad, being a hot commodity in today's dating market, could have his p(r)ick, you'd think.
However, my theory is that most Chads have essentially normie mindsets, and that this mental normiedom is more or less genetically hardwired. Furthermore, within relationships, the sexual-emotional position of normies is never so secure that they can just monkeybranch from foid to foid like foids do from man to man. Mr. Norman might fall from the tree altogether and hit a prolonged dry spell, or in extreme cases even enter inceldom. Admittedly, male hypergamy does exist, but for the above reason is a much more limited phenomenon.
This being so, the average Chad, with a normie mindset, would want to gain the upper hand in a relationship. Basically everyone wants that, at the end of the day, whether they admit it or not. It just feels right psychologically to be the most desirable participant in a relationship. (Provided the partner meets some minimum attractiveness threshold.) He therefore marries Becky, so that he may lord it over her in the looks and attractiveness departments. Incidentally, this theory also explains why many Stacies end up alone. Chad either marries Becky or pumps & dumps whatever foids come his way, incel feels too intimidated by Stacy to approach, while Stacy doesn't wish to marry the normie who's beneath her in looks. Everyone loses.
