Yes, Chad is allowed to conduct odd or every socially unacceptable behavior. Actions like touching or annoying a foid, even a total stranger, ar deemed okay and acceptable if he is attractive enough. What is insane to me is that even if a subhuman still had the same intentions and actions as a Chad (such as touching or annoying a foid), he would be instantly rejected, ostracized, and criticized, and if the situation got bad enough, he may even face legal consequences for such behavior.

One time in class a foid was doing a poster on the floor.

I guess I was bored of being invisible to foids so I made myself visible by stepping on this foids poster to get by.

Obviously her reaction was not like chad at all she was just genuinely annoyed
