In the United States, not true for every country. The demographics of the United States are unusually diverse, which is why it's so common for white normie sexhavers to hook up with a Latin American, South Asian, Chinese, or even black foid.
Everything about the culture encourages a dismissal of appreciating the European roots of the population to the point that it's socially unacceptable to criticize this phenomena. If you are a European, wanting to mate with your own kin is considered tantamount to "racism" and would be met with accusations I was a "Nazi" for disagreeing with that characterization, even though it's the most basic and timeless human trait imaginable and still how most people of every race in every part of the world are. A huge percentage of the population is not even aware of the origins of Anglo-Saxons (who began migrating to Britain en masse in the 5th century) and the other Germanic peoples of Europe and why they were the original population to colonize this part of the Americas.
Most countries are generally far more ethnically homogenous, this includes much of Europe and Asia, for example. (obviously not Latin America, which for the most part barring exceptions like Argentina and Chile has majority demographics defined by race-mixing. The United States is essentially Latin America 2.0 at this point) Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia are some of the major most populated countries in the world and they are overwhelmingly ethnically homogenous. Even in the case of India, the most populated country in the world, preserving ethnic homogeneity is important to many people.
Even the white/European stock in the United States is extremely mixed. The main European demographics were originally English and German but then large influxes of Irish and Italian inevitably entailed European mixing and people caring about this less than ever. Lack of being in touch with ethnic and cultural roots and just being these random mixed assemblages is an underappreciated factor for the exceptional stupidity that defines this country. This country has no culture and this comes out in the most stupid forms like normies insisting that all other races get to have pride in their roots and a culture but always knocking on white people, "whiteness," insisting "white people have no culture," "you can't be proud to be white." (notice how any stupid little arbitrary thing like just happening to be "Jewish" by technicality because you have some distant Jewish ancestry completely changes everything and now a white person gets to have a culture and belong to a community that defines itself by not being merely "white") White people replace this void with the dumbest hobbies and most pathetic identities and subcultures (like punk and many other music subcultures, for example) instead of any sense of resistance in the face of the dismissal and hostility broader society gives to them. In the case of "black people," most have European admixture and many considered black could even be majority European in their % ancestry with their Subsaharan African ancestry being under 50% but they are still allowed to be a person with a culture because of their having this. It's that absurdly arbitrary.
