Was reading about Iran and came across some info that they have a very high rate of nose jobs. The article about it is of course full of bluepills.

I was wondering if incel facial experts would instantly know her nose was fixed? Here is before:
It seems to me her lower face has slight prognathism, so since faces are typically oriented vertically, and given her relatively vertical forehead, her nose in the fixed version is too straight so that looking at her is like looking at someone with a sloped face. Almost more like a snout. But I don't really know.
Anyone have any insight on spotting plastic surgery besides before and after pics?
