No, you misunderstand @Skelly. It wouldn't be a milita or anything. Men would just have had enough of women's constant shit and we'd slowly revert back to conservatism en masse and women would be reduced to only having basic rights again. Women aren't strong enough to resist change if the majority of men want it, and so they'll just slowly lose their rights and won't be able to do anything about it.
