No there's to much excess skin . They'd have to cut off his entire face and some how regraph his skin back on but that's obviously not viable.
I think its probably too late to operate completely. Most likely lots of blood vessels and other anatomy complicating the surgery and it might just grow back if removed leading to a long and futile recovery period. Feels bad
