Perhaps this couple ('Squirmy & Grubs') have been mentioned in this forum before, so I'll make my apology now if that's the case.

Anyway, I'm curious as to what you guys think about how this (sadly) horrifically disfigured guy (Shane - 4'3" and 60lbs) with spinal muscular atrophy and his relatively attractive girlfriend (Hannah) 'work' together as a couple. She basically does everything for him, including wiping his ass and carrying him around everywhere among other things. She also apparently - surprise - very much wants to bear his children. I can understand the financial aspect of this arrangement, what with having over a million YouTube subscribers, but still, it flies in the face of what I know about how romantic relationships work. I suppose this relationship can be chalked up to a simple one off as she seems to really love him, but I'm still curious as to what you guys think.

You can see the fake smiles and laughter in every video, it's all an act. His family is probably wealthy, and they keep trying to get their lives turned into a reality tv show, they get tons of freebies and donations. She probably gets a good salary and a percentage of all donations.
