They get immense pleasure from torturing and killing the normies, often eating them as well. This might suit you because the kill scenes are often extremely graphic and better than what can be found in gore videos. Wiktionary defines glowposting as "To post baiting or provocative statements on the Internet, ostensibly as an everyday citizen, but actually working as an undercover government agent as a form of entrapment." This is basically always used in reference to a post which seems like a glowpost, because you generally don't whether the poster is really a fed.
