just found out my shoulders are a measly 17.5 inches. i need to get to over 20 inches. is this feasible through gymcelling?

when does your shoulder stop growing? im 17 so will they continue to grow?

anecdotes are welcome.

Gymceling can't improve your frame, only surgery can.
 
You could make your frame APPEAR better through gymceling but no. It wont actually widen your shoulders
 
Doesn't training your lats make your shoulders broader?
 
To make your frame look better you need to develop your back muscles
 
No, once your done puberty you won't get much wider through the gym
 
Yes, because bigger muscle will make your frame appear bigger

My shoulders grew alot from 17-19, but mostly through gymcelling I guess. I can pm u if u want
 
Unless you have a very shitty frame, exercising will make you see a difference with time.

I dunno but I'm 24 and mine haven't changed since I was like 15 or 16, I've really narrow shoulders
 
A wide back will push your shoulders a little bit outwards. Bigger medial delts will increase the width of your shoulders. So yes, it can definitely make you wider. If you have narrow shoulders, you'll still look narrow no matter what, though. You won't add enough width to compete with someone with a wide frame.
 
Yes, it will make you appear wider, you obviously need a nice latissimus dorsi, deltoid and pectoralis development to make it so though, but miracles never happen, if your frame is shitty by default, difference will be quite insignificant.
 
YES! Unfortunately I can´t post a picture of it but my little brother used be so narrow shouldered in his teens, when he wore a shirt or jacket it would stick out from his shoulders because he looked like a little bird he was 16 at the time. Now he has broad shoulders after 7 years of working out, he weights 82kg with low bodyfat, and 42+cm arms. (he is 5´7" btw like me)

Also I got pretty broad shoulders back when I worked out.
 
Steroids are your friend. Ordinary gymceling doesn't work if you have a weak frame

Yes they will, everyone ITT who claims the opposite is a retard. Doing push-ups (proper ones) and eating healthy will definetly boost all parts of your frame.

Only a little bit in regards to the muscles on your shoulders giving you a bit of extra width, maybe an inch or two max?

As for your question, your shoulder girdle/clavicles are the last to stop growing, they stop growing at the age of around 23-25.. so you can probably expect another quarter to half inch of bone growth until then.

Realistically you can gain about 2-3 inches of bideltoid width through natural means, let's just assume 2 inches though.. And that would take 2-3 years of lifting if you have average genetics.

Also that 17.5 inch shoulder measurement you did, is it bone to bone or delt to delt?
Also go measure your shoulder circumference if you can, this is a useful measurement too..
