The topic was whether a faggot can technically be an incel, and the clear answer is no. He will definitely be able to engage in sexual activity, even if he's just jerking off another man.
And, for example, a "femcel" wouldn't enjoy any sexual activity with a sub-8 man, as we all know, but that doesn't mean she's incapable of experiencing intimacy in general. That's ultimately what makes someone an incel: not being able to experience intimacy (except for money).
