No i haven't but i have seen results from frankel device this follows a similar pattern the upside to this though unlike fagga is the mm forward doesn't make your face longer but instead shortens it and straightens it out that is what we as incels are after

To be fair the cosmetic aspect isn't really an orthodontist's top priority, so I couldn't imagine a maxilla pulling device being worth the risks even if it could be made. That being said, I think the creation of this device shows the depths that people go to in order to cope with having a bad maxilla.
