I figured a major part of me being in this situation is my looks. I'm light tan, chunky, and have gyno which I am getting removed soon. After that it's gonna be full leanmaxxing and gymaxxing mode. I figured it's likely possible for me to ascend to a 6-7 if my current stats are a 4-5 with proper care like teeth bleaching since I (thankfully) already have straight teeth, only drawbacks is the absolute shit way my body stores fat and my skin color.
