I remember playing it briefly and thought it was good, though that was the last time I played it. It's not surprising it's obscure given how popular the zombies game mode was which buried it.

I liked that multiplayer infection mode where the first infected stabs someone with a knife and they become an infected who also uses a knife, idk if that was ghost tho
