The film "Call Me By Your Name" involves a gay relationship between an adult and a minor. The film is lauded as a "triumph" and critical success. It is a film infinitely loved by homos and foids. It has cemented Timothee Chalamet's career as a teen hearthrob, and Armie Hammer as a Chad that can get away with pedophilia. The film is pretty much propaganda that normalizes sexual relationships between minors and adults. The dad in the film is a closet homo, greek scholar and has a very questionable line in the film (50 secs into the trailer):

"they have an ageless ambiguity, as if they are daring you to desire them."
The LGBT community praises the dad in the film as the "father they wished they had." This is because, in the film the dad is a closet gay who is fully encouraging of his son's affair. The actors on numerous interviews defended the relationship depicted in the film. Armie Hammer is quoted as saying "there is no age to human beings." It's ironic that Timothee is okay with supporting the kind of "beautiful" pedophilia depicted in this film, yet has posthumously denounced, and has donated away his earnings for his role in Woody Allen's "Rainy Day in New York" because . . . ahem, Woody is (allegedly) a creepy pedo. Also keep in mind the time context of when this film was released, this film swept the award season at the HEIGHT of #MeToo.

You have a 27 year old, who in no way looks like he has hit puberty. He is also quite immature, his mind clearly operates at a 12 year old level, and he doesn't even drive a car, yet gets raked over as brutally as possible for being an ugly pedo. I really doubt this guy is married like he claims, let's be honest, women his age don't want to be accused of pedophilia by dating him. In the grocery store, even the pedo hunter gets stalled, because interlopers assumed it was some guy just bullying a kid. The youtube commentators give no moral slack to the pre-pubescent adult manlet whatsoever.
The only thing I see from this hypocrisy is that the crime of pedophilia is cringey due to a looks disparity. People only want beautiful people to hook up and at that point age is just a number. If you are ugly they want to prevent you from expressing your sexuality as fully as possible. It is okay if Chad pursues avenues of pedophilia, because if you are good looking enough it is possible that such a relationship can become a "brave and beautiful" thing. If you are ugly, it is the worst crime imaginable.
