California right now (literally).
Hello my fellow t3rr0rists!!
Curiously they never mentioned religious terrorism, despite the fact that one of their gearheads played Carmageddon
“Involuntary Celibate Extremism” is one of the topics a California based fusion center intends to focus on during its domestic terrorism training Tuesday.
The Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center, OCIAC, scheduled a training titled, “Terrorism II: Domestic Terrorism,” to instruct law enforcement on domestic terrorism threats and Domestic Violent Extremists (DVEs).
A fusion center is a state-owned center that allows “State, Local, Tribal and Territorial (SLTT), federal, and private sector partners” to share information pertaining to threats, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The training covers various topics, including “Involuntary Celibate Extremism,” according to the course overview. An involuntary celibate, or “incel,” is defined by Merriam Webster as someone who is involuntary celibate and resentful toward individuals who are sexually active, specifically women.
The training also covers “White Supremacy Extremism” and “Misinformation & Radicalization Trends.” Animal rights, environmental and anarchist extremism are also listed as topics.
The document states the target audience is sworn law enforcement officers, but also fire responders, fire personnel and analysts.
The OCIAC is primarily focused on “anti-terrorism,” according to its site. A follow-up course slated for Feb. 4 has participants create “counterterrorism strategies in a simulated war game” using the knowledge gained from the previous trainings.
The Daily Caller reached out to OCIAC but has not heard back at the time of publication.
The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project released documents in 2023 that demonstrated the FBI listed terms, including “Red Pill,” “Chad” and “Looksmaxxing,” under Involuntary Celibate Violent Extremism.
“Involuntary celibate violent extremists (IVEs) are involuntary celibates (incels) who seek to commit violence in support of their belief that society unjustly denies them sexual or romantic attention to which they believe they are entitled,” the Domestic Terrorism Reference Guide states.
Domestic terrorism has been a key focus of the Biden-Harris administration, which released the first-ever “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism” in 2021. The document highlighted white supremacy and “growing perceptions of government overreach.”
A terrorist who reportedly possessed an ISIS flag allegedly rammed a truck into a New Orleans crowd on New Years.
