Theory Buying things that hold value

It's a good idea I think!

Some things I guess hold their value REALLY well, like gold and silver.

Some hold a decent amount of value, like pokemon cards and cs go skins.

Some are almost like throwing money out of the window, like a brand new car or a new iPhone model or something.

If possible I try to buy things that hold value well, even if they're "treats" ^^

Especially if I'm spending a fair bit on them.

There's also another category which is things that actually make you money, like houses or shares. I guess those are the smartest of all especially if you enjoy owning them too!

I can't even really prep here in the UK because this country HATES the population having weapons of really any kind.

Some things slip through the net as they're multi-purpose but yeah it's a very different environment to in the US!

And without those it's much more likely that another post-apocalyptic person will come along and successfully steal my stuff, lol

Buying land should be in theory the best,but the governament guarantees your safety,If it falls your investment falls.Same with shares You dependent on others (but on a bigger level).

Buying gold is the best because everyone wants it, it's rare and finite and is easy to carry.

Buying guns means you have protection against others but not against armies.

Buying a car/boat means you have freedom of transport

I advise you to see the risks and opportunities.Everything has benefits and defects.
